In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients’ infrastructures are robust, optimized, and resilient against evolving threats.
Job Description
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers on network security solutions
- Manage post-sales technical relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide technical consultation on firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, and network security architecture
- Support customers during implementation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Handle incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and recommendations
- Work closely with Sales, SOC, and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer needs
- Translate customer business requirements into technical security solutions
- Conduct technical reviews, health checks, and performance assessments
- Deliver technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to customers
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or internal escalation teams when required
- Stay updated on network security trends, threats, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network security, security engineering, or technical account management
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies:
- Firewall (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or equivalent)
- VPN (IPSec, SSL VPN)
- IDS/IPS, WAF, NAC
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VLAN, WAN)
- Experience in troubleshooting network and security issues
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, and documentation skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers is a plus
- Relevant certifications are a plus:
- CCNA / CCNP Security
- Fortinet NSE / Palo Alto PCNSE
- CompTIA Security+
- Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts
